If I could give more stars I would!! Mike went out of his way to drive the car down to Chippewa Falls and pick me up. Did the paperwork and was on my way! The best car buying experience I've had!! Thanks again!!

Mike and his staff are really friendly. Mike made the transaction of my purchase go real smooth. I got my title and plates in the mail quicker than I expected. I am really satisfied with my vehicle. I will definitely recommend Charter motors to others and will go back to Mikes auto sales if I need another vehicle.

Purchased a 2013 Buick Enclave from Charter. Owner and staff were super friendly. Car was affordable and I love it. Was definitely worth the 2 hour drive from our home, we will certainly buy a car from Charter again.

Amazing customer service went above and beyond. Took very good care of me and didn’t over charge. Was constantly trying to go above and beyond and make sure I got want I needed. Very responsive and very attentive Very friendly. There customer service went above and beyond I will definitely be coming back
